Felt
The technique of felting is the oldest way of making fabric and dates back to before 6500 BC.
They also used it in ancient Greece and called it felt. In recent years felt has returned to the craft scene and has been loved by many. We can make an application and combine it with silk, wool, linen and cotton fabrics. Felting is the process in which the wool becomes a unified solid mass. Essentially it is a sculpture on wool fibers and it is applied with two techniques.
a) Wet felting which is the traditional technique and for its application we need wool, water, soap.
b) Needle felting which is the technique in which we use special needles for felt, a sponge and wool. It is a technique suitable for "art design" constructions.
