Wooden tray with a square style handle, for serving breakfast, also suitable as a cutting tray, made of ash wood, without glue from the Sternengasse company . Wheat-blond in color, sometimes with a brown core, it is particularly hard.

To protect it from wear and to highlight the color of the wood, the discs are treated with oil. If necessary, serving trays can be preserved better by brushing them with edible oil.
