RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

From the initial submission of the customer's order up to and including within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products by the customer and in fact when there are many in the same order from the delivery of the last one the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale.

This withdrawal is unjustified, it is done in writing by filling in the relevant withdrawal declaration form provided by the company and the customer is only charged with any additional delivery costs, if he chose a method other than the cheapest standard delivery method of the company, as well as with the costs of returning the product .
The costs of returning the products in case of unjustified withdrawal are corresponding to the shipping costs determined on a case-by-case basis under the heading SHIPPING COSTS.
The customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its components, the forms that accompany it, its packaging in excellent condition and the payment document.

The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.
The refund to the customer will be made in the case of payment by credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the company by the Bank before the withdrawal and return of the item, the company will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any act provided for on the basis of contract he has drawn up with the customer. The company, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. However, she is entitled to request that the shipping and return costs of the goods be withheld and paid to her.
In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the "pick up from the store" option, it will be done by returning his money to him from the store where he picked up the product.

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice to the company and the return of the goods.
The customer is responsible for indemnifying the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal, and the company is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual netting. In the event that the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to what was provided up to the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal any associated contracts expire automatically, at no cost to the customer.

EXTERNAL DEFECTS

Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in the event that they exist, he is entitled to reject the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects within of a reasonable time from the receipt of the item, while in case of lapse of the reasonable time, it is assumed that the products were received in perfect condition. The company is obliged to replace this item with a new one in a short time. In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.

RETURNS AT BUSINESS CHARGE

The return of products is charged at the expense of the company

- in all cases in which other than those sold, by type or quantity, are delivered

- in the event that upon delivery the item has a damaged package, completely or in most of it

- in case it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect (provided this is confirmed by the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation) or a lack of quality, which quality has previously been agreed in writing with the company.

- In the case of damaged packaging, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and request its replacement, after consultation with the company.

- In the case of returns with a company fee, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and within a period of 14 days from their receipt. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement based on this condition is waived.

- In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.) and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging is not present or also except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered). The return of the products at the charge of the company will be carried out either by personnel and means of transport of the company or by courier.
